Stainless steel and fits Breville Smart Oven
These stainless steel pans clean well and are a good weight. I purchased them to replace the pizza pan that came with my Breville Smart Oven (a pan that is losing its black coating after 3 years). I expect these pans will last much longer. I've been using them for about 2 months.
- Non-stick surface ensures easy release of food and easy clean-up
- Not recommended for use with acidic ingredients
