PROS/CONS and WHY it will or will not be what you personally need

A relative and I have literally inherited over 1000 slides. I need something I can zoom in on and see better. I didn't want to spend a bunch of euros either. PROS: PRICE: Well, it's hard to beat the price, so I'll start with that, but whatever the price, DOES IT WORK? BATTERIES: For such a low price, they actually came with batteries! A plus. PERFORMANCE: FOR MY needs, YES, it works perfectly. VERY simple, you put the batteries in, put the slide in the slot and you can see the image with the light behind it, which makes the slide about twice as big. QUALITY: Very impressed with how reasonably priced it was. Looks pretty solid and easy to use. Even a small cloth to wipe the glass pane is included. CONS: IF YOU NEED A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT (even with my reading glasses it doesn't look like the picture is huge) this isn't for you! The slides are SMALL so about twice the size, not big at all for lots of detail. When I put the batteries in, the metal was slightly bent where you put the batteries in and it took me a minute to put them in correctly, but I had it done in about three minutes. CONCLUSION: IF you just want to view your slides a LITTLE BIGGER and with a light behind them, this is a REALLY inexpensive way to quickly go through a lot of slides.
