Review on 📏 Milton 941 Brake Pad Service Pencil Gauge with Color Coded Easy-to-Read Scale - 0 to 20 mm by Solomon Inks

I am giving this brake gauge one star because it is not accurate at all. I work at a Nissan dealership and I do multiple checks on every vehicle we work on. I bought it to speed up the process and not have to remove the tires to inspect the brake pads as some Nissan vehicles, like the Altima, have very limited outside access. Well I've tried various Nissan vehicles thinking maybe I measured it wrong but I saw a video of how to measure it with a tool and you suggest fitting the rod end onto the rotor and nose to set the rear brake plate. pillow . I would reduce it by 5mm. I measured the brake pads with a known brake gauge for comparison and it was indeed wrong. I am very disappointed with the tool, partly because of its inaccuracy and partly because the tool is a bit expensive due to the quality of the inaccuracy. Would definitely be a great tool if it was accurate.
