Decent combination of ingredients. (too much stevia for my liking)
Seems like a good product to replenish amino acids etc after hard work or "workout". In my opinion it could be a lot less sweet; Most manufacturers make snack bars, protein drink mixes, etc. WAY too sweet for my liking. This product is no exception to this generalization. I'm wondering if they have anyone on staff who has actually tried it rather than using the formula how much stevia was added as a sweetener. I probably won't get it again as I am trying to limit sugary foods after reading that there is evidence that a sweet taste increases insulin secretion even when the sweetener has no calories.
