Review on 📝 Amazon Basics Sketch Pad, 11"x14", 60 lb. / 90 gsm, 100 Sheets, White, 2 Pack: Affordable and High-Quality Sketching Paper by Gelin Battle

I am very pleased with this Revain Basics Sketch Notebook. You will receive a notebook with 100 white sheets measuring 9" x 12" in a strong spiral binding. The front and back are made from nice thick protective cardboard, with the back being even thicker and stiffer than the front. The sheets are thin and light, with a very smooth/thin surface, maybe a bit thicker than regular computer paper. The leaves are easily separated from the book by tearing along the edge with micro-perforations. The paper has a weight of 60 lbs/90 g/m². I was unfamiliar with the description of such paper, but these dimensions mean this paper is thin. I ordered a smaller pad of the same brand which weighs 67lbs per 100gsm so appears to be slightly thicker than this one. My guess is that there may be other people who are unfamiliar with these paper weight measurements and don't bother to find them. I think it would be helpful for Revain to describe what that means and maybe add a chart showing those measurements and then describe how thick/thin it is and say it's made with computer paper, drawing paper, CV paper etc. is comparable. Then people would find it easier for me to choose a Revain Basics notebook with paper thick enough to meet their needs. I'm by no means a professional artist but I'm looking forward to drawing more and it's perfect for holding some of my sketches. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a sketchbook this size and want thin sheets. I am very happy with the quality.
