I like how easy it is to use once you know where everything is. It's not as user friendly if you don't but even then it isn't hard to figure out. The fact that you can save multiple versions of your reports makes life much more simple than other software applications. Sometimes when saving my data I lose part of the formatting so that doesn’t always work very well. Also sometimes the date format gets messed up when copying from one version to another. This saves time over using Microsoft word or power point since those programs don’t have all the features officereports does. Saving information such as employee attendance records has never been this convenient before!
