The thoughtfulness of "A” cold pressed sides facing each other and "B” cold pressed sides facing each other is something rarely seen in watercolor and sketch pads. Though it’s only 110lb. it is very sturdy paper, just use caution when water washing; it will buckle.The book itself is hard cardboard therefore very stiff and sturdy, plus there is an elastic band to keep it closed. These traits make it excellent for travel, carrying in luggage or backpack, tossing in the glove compartment, or as an idea book on the easel or hidden in your desk at work.I highly recommend this 2-pack as a stocking stuffer or other gift for the artist in your family.
