the addendum states that it has a handle without burns. The handle gets very hot. Don't pick it up without potholders or gloves. I had an old Stone Age Target kettle and the handle never got hot, it had a huge silicone grip that worked great but was old and rough on the inside. Time for a new pot. No luck with that, it looks good but doesn't work like it should.
