Doesn't work - Computer and accessories

Unfortunately I was only able to use my device a few days after the return date. When I tried it it turned out that the USB port was too big so the cable wouldn't stay connected. I contacted Hyper, they agreed to send a replacement (because it's obviously a defect, not damage) and asked to send them pictures. Unfortunately it's been 10 days and now I don't get an answer.
