THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE +! I LOVE HER!

*END UPDATE* I didn't buy them for calligraphy. Although I would like to learn. I got these because I find my handwriting looks better when I write with a wide-tipped marker/pen. There are many wide-tipped felt-tip pens and markers on the market. but they are very big. And I like to write notes to my boyfriend in the morning so he can check them before he goes to work. And for that I use stickers. and writing with broad-tipped markers takes up too much space. So don't go down the calligraphy rabbit hole. You will most likely not find a SMALL marker/pen with a wide nib. I always say "broad nib" when I think the calligraphy community calls them "chisel points." Either way. IT'S THE BOMB LOL! I can't tell how much ink they contain as I've only had them for two days. but for writing with them so far? They are fully pigmented and very opaque. LOVE THESE! And even if they go out? (Which I don't expect from them. It's just about the only thing you need to worry about when buying markers.) They're so cheap I don't mind buying them again and again! I also love that they don't bleed onto the paper side underneath! Mostly with felt tip pens or the larger wide tip markers I mentioned. when writing on a stack of stickers or when you have pages stacked in a row. You will see bleeding on the page/note behind the page you just wrote on. So you don't do it! In general. it is 100%. A+. You'd think markers and pens of all sizes would now be easy to find. since Amazon sells everything else under the sun. But it was actually quite difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. But I'm done with these! I believe this would be ideal for those who want to learn calligraphy. or even already a master of calligraphy. and just like what I use them for. just a normal everyday letter. they are perfect for! I've added 10 photos to help anyone interested in their exact size. And I wrote on a 3" x 5" sticker. A ruler has also been added, also measuring in inches. And wrote the same word using the three different sizes/shapes of pens/markers (whatever they technically are) included in this set. Now remember. I'm not a calligrapher. So there's a grip that's like a "long" shape. and I think it's for calligraphers who want to write strokes with different pressure. So the harder you press, the thicker the line will be, and the lighter you press, the thinner the line will be. Since I'm not good at drawing with calligraphy, my drawings don't accurately reflect the style that a "long" pen can actually create. but I hope this helps! ***UPDATE*** I originally wrote this review on November 9th, 2019. I'm currently writing this update on June 12th, 2020. And I have to say these pens/markers (whatever you think they are) are AWESOME. I would say. only NOW they slowly began to lose their ink. It took 7 months to run out. It's been over half a year. I would say. I store them horizontally. Maybe storing them vertically would have helped? I also have very dry heat in my house as I always leave the heating on. Therefore, temperature changes could cause the pins to deteriorate faster. But seriously, they are fantastic and I will buy them again!

Pros
  • Pen set includes 2mm and 3mm hard-chisel-style nylon-tipped pens and a medium-sized brush pen. Use them together to create beautiful sharp edges and scroll style lettering and illustrations.
