Review on Fresh Running Athletic Shoes for Little Girls by New Balance by Kiesha Cepparulo

Ordered 12.5" wide trainers (very hard to find size in store) thinking I could find a shoe that would fit my 5 year old son. They are perfect. Light, breathable, well constructed and comfortable. He loves them Only four stars because: 1. If you lace them up to the top guide, the laces will sit on the ankle and not on the tongue of the shoe (IMHO, a design flaw, but fixed if the lacing isn't even that high though it's just a pair of eyelets, boots remain), 2. Blue is closer to the purple side of the color spectrum. We don't mind, but it certainly doesn't go with the actual blue in most boys' clothes, and 3. It looks like like the glue on the sock won't last long but that's TBD we love them and will be buying them again in grey.
