Review on ๐Ÿš— Enhance Your Ride: Unity Elite Suspension 15-516500 Rear Air Spring for 2005-2007 Toyota Sequoia by Ryan Bennett

Good replacement for Toyota Sequoia Limited.

I bought these for my 2006 Toyota Sequoia Limited after the stock air shocks started to leak and fail. I have read many forum posts and watched YouTube videos which have been extremely helpful, straight to the point and to the point. Installation took about 2 hours using a standard Toyota tire lever, axle stands, and a Harbor Freight 1/4-inch fuel line disconnect tool. I had problems when the air hoses came loose after starting the car, the only reason for the 1 star deduction. The plastic clips that hold the air hose in those air dams just wouldn't stay on the hose. I ended up having to remove the plastic clips from stock pneumatic shock absorbers and replaced them with plastic clamps from standard Toyota shock absorbers. After I did this they held onto the air hose perfectly. I reinstalled them and then they showed up as they should. I drove the car a bit and it worked great. Then my wife took the car on a long trip and I had no complaints. Since real Toyota shock absorbers cost about three times as much as these, I have absolutely no complaints. I'm a bit skeptical that they'll have the same lifespan as Toyota's, but we'll just have to see how it goes. For the $220 I spent on a pair I figured I couldn't go wrong. At the moment I am very satisfied. If they fail or run into problems I will definitely update the review.
