This device will NOT receive AT&T firmware updates (06/14/2012) and AT&T refuses to give you anything over 2G even if you try to update your SIM card on a legacy account. This device CANNOT be used with LTE (here in Fort Lauderdale, FL) and AT&T will not even connect you to customer service if you provide your IMEI number. AT&T states it is NOT on their "approved list". The only way to keep this thing going, at least for now, is to use an old SIM card and not tell AT&T you have the damn thing. At least you still have an unlimited legacy account, but this modem isn't getting any updates, possibly due to an unlock hack.
