As mentioned in some other reviews, make sure you install the drivers correctly and follow the instructions carefully if you want to use this with a Mac. Other than that, this dock works great for me. I usually only use it to connect 1 monitor to my MacBook, but I was able to use all 3 additional monitors. Finally, if you need to use adapters to convert between cable types, make sure you use an ACTIVE adapter or it won't work. UPDATE: This review was originally written for OSX 10.14 (Mojave) and for the most part everything went smoothly. After upgrading to OSX 10.15.4 (Catalina) I ran into some issues but it still worked. You can find full instructions on their website, but I'll summarize them here to save people some trouble. In order for your dock to work with Catalina, you MUST update your device firmware to the latest version. Unfortunately, this is only possible from a Windows computer. Also, pay close attention to the update instructions, not closing all applications on your computer before starting the update can cause the update to hang. Also, I've read that trying to update via USB-C causes problems. If your update is stuck, you can right-click the app icon and click "Close", which will trigger the rollback. Do not turn off the power or USB until instructed to do so.2. When you install a driver on your Mac, you must allow the system extension. This can be done within 30 minutes of attempting to install in the Security & Privacy section. Visit their website for more information. If you don't approve it within 30 minutes, you can try reinstalling it to get the invite again. To check if an extension has been rejected, you can go to About This Mac > System Report, then Software > Disabled Software to check if the extension isn't blocked. Also, under Software > Extensions, you can scroll down until you see DisplayLinkDriver and make sure the Downloaded column says Yes. The last step is to allow the driver to record your screen in the security and privacy settings. Once again, it's important to read all the instructions carefully, otherwise you'll face issues like screen flickering, black screen, or just not being able to see your monitors. Hope that helps.
