As mentioned in some other reviews, make sure you install the drivers correctly and follow the instructions carefully if you want to use this with a Mac. Other than that, this dock works great for me. I usually only use it to connect 1 monitor to my MacBook, but I was able to use all 3 additional monitors. Bought for a home office with three monitors. You need to download DisplayLink first and then connect. Pros: Works with my Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 7 as well as a 2020 13" MacBook Pro. Cons: If you disable or add other devices, the third monitor may not come back. Just disconnect and reconnect. Not sure why. After reconnecting it works.Not the most elegant setup but it works for a decent price.

I tried to give this document a chance. It was nice to be able to use 1 cable to charge my MacBook and also as an extra port replicator/video output. We have these docking stations in the office. Really solid product. The key feature is that it can work with both Thunderbolt USB-C ports and USB 3.0 ports - there's an adapter with a permanently attached cable in between. Usually you have to choose one of two. In fact, one would hope for two HDMIs and one DVI, but one HDMI and 2 DVIs is fine. Ethernet port, audio ports, 4 USB 4.0 ports. It's a little pricey but solid. You will not regret your purchase.

I liked the long USB-C cable and the overall design. There were some problems connecting the monitor, but with the new version of DisplayLink everything works fine (Windows 11). At the moment I recommend it.

This Dell dock replaced a pluggable USB-C dock that I was never able to get properly working. I love that you can expand/expand up to 3 monitors and more USB ports. I wish the docking station would allow the laptop to turn on automatically when USB-C is plugged into the laptop without having to open the laptop and then hit the power button. The rest of the docking station works without any problems. Another thing is that you can leave the laptop open and use the laptop monitor in addition to the 3 monitors.

I'm using it with a Dell XPS 15 9570 and I've connected a 4K monitor, 2 external hard drives, laptop power adapter, bluetooth mouse and keyboard.
