Review on Dell 452 BCYT: Ultimate Universal Adjustable Response IPS Monitor by Jeff Kriegshauser

This Dell dock replaced a pluggable USB-C dock that I was never able to get properly working. With the plugin I had to download drivers for both Mac and Windows (Bootcamp) to get it working and only about 50% of the time I just had my MacBook Pro plugged into the dock and everything worked I had to toggle it regularly Turn on and turn off the dock if the ports happen to stop working. I unplugged everything from the dockable device and plugged it directly into the Dell unit using DisplayPort to HDMI adapters for 2 out of 3 displays and EVERYTHING worked when I plugged it into the dock for the first time ! All 3 of my displays were on, both webcams I had plugged in were recognized, and both Bluetooth dongles for my Windows KB and mouse. I am very happy with this setup, it works perfectly for running 3 1080P displays and some peripherals. Specifically I am using 3 24" Dell H2419SE displays, one direct via HDMI to a Dell docking station and then HDMI from 2 other displays to Starware DisplayPort to HDMI dongles (which look like flash drives). Then just a USB-C cable from the Dell Dock to my HengeDock (now Brydge) MacBook Pro. The Macbook Pro is a late 2016 15-inch touch bar.
