I've only had it for a day, but now it solved my problem! I recently got a new 13" MacBook Pro at a new job. I had another Dell dock that worked great with all my PCs. However, when I tried to upgrade my MacBook to 2 additional monitors (3 screens total - MacBook laptop -screen and 2 additional monitors) it didn't work. This only transfers to 1 monitor and the 3rd mirrors the 2nd. After some research (as well as trial and error with other products) I ended up in the sour apple bit and bought this Dell Universal Dock. I downloaded the macOS Displaylink driver on my MacBook before plugging it in. Connected and BAM! All 3 monitors worked as expected. Shame I just went down that route instead of a week to spend testing other cheaper methods.I can also turn it off and use it for my other two laptops with no problem. If you have a MacBook ode If you have an Apple M1 computer I would say this is the best and easiest option for getting multiple extended displays. In addition, it is very easy to connect everything you need (mouse, keyboard, etc.) to it and it powers my laptops.
