I placed an order and received the next day a brand new Genuine K&N Air Filter in a sealed blister pack with a K&N sticker! The air cleaner came pre-lubricated with all silicone adapter rings and clips included so it will fit my 2003 Infiniti Q45 (which has a 3.5" OEM air cleaner tube diameter). I definitely recommend this item! It's a reasonable price, especially considering it's a versatile model. A water resistant K&N "Dry Charger" case was also purchased separately to increase protection from accidental/catastrophic water damage as this vehicle will be lowered in the near future.
