Review on JOBY Gorillapod 1K Stand: Lightweight Flexible Tripod for Mirrorless Cameras up to 1Kg (2.2Lbs) – Black/Charcoal by Chris Rob

Update 12/10/19: At first I found this article incredible, but now I've encountered a problem. After using the mount for my iPhone, I decided I needed a ball head so I could rotate my phone in different directions. Of course I ordered the Joby ball head from Amazon. It screwed directly onto the Gorillapod with no problems, but now, after about a month of use, the ballhead won't screw into the Gorillapod 3K stand. Whatever I tried, it didn't work. Of course the warranty has expired so I have a nice desktop deco although I can easily use it with the iPhone adapter which still screws in with no problem. I took off 3 stars for this issue because everything I bought was made by Joby which is very bad because I really liked this setup and I thought they made a good product but the proof is in Pudding and right now this pudding is not as good as it should be. Shame on you Joby for making such an inferior product that fails so easily and quickly. But I'm an idiot, I'm giving them another chance to fix things and bought the full set again because it was on sale at Revain for $49.99 (plus tax).
