***Problems?*** For those with seating problems: Be careful not to remove the plastic lid that sits on top of the water jugs - it fits just ABOVE. If you take it off and stand it directly on the pitcher itself, yes it will dangle. For those with leakage issues, make sure to fit this over the plastic cap and ensure the metal spout has not become loose over time. Mine had this and it was leaking, but once I screwed it back on everything was fine again. I think I bump into it with my glass every time I fill it up. As for charging, I haven't had any charging issues and I don't see what could be causing issues with it. *** Yes! *** The water in my house is terrible and the filters either don't work or are prohibitively expensive because they have to be changed so often. As a result* you buy these big water jugs. This little device was so convenient to use! No more lifting or tipping large jugs every time I want a glass of water. Just push the button and fill up. Much cheaper, takes up less space and uses less power than a standalone cooler (and no cord or connector required). So happy to have received this.
