After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to buy this product but I took a chance. My first attempt at the spiralizer failed miserably, but after reading one of the reviews explaining the technique, I realized it was easier than I thought! You just have to make sure your veggies are cut short enough and that you attach them to the center point on the blade plate, then just push a button and you have beautiful veggie noodles! I use an immersion blender to make smoothies every morning. Highly recommended!
