SpectraLink does not provide technical support without a maintenance plan or purchase of a minimum of four hours ($206 per hour) of support. The online instructions are terrible and again you can ask all the basic questions for free and they won't help you. You must have an account to download instructions. We had to create an FTP server when updating phones because some phones didn't load the .cfg file properly. The instructions were the worst ever written and were probably intentional to force customers into buying a service contract or a watch. Be sure to update your phones before updating your wireless network. We updated the access points and controller, which is why they didn't work on the new network. Only compatible with certain hardware.
