We've had e-bikes for over 2 years and love them. We have included a spare battery with every bike and made spare parts cases. They're expensive and pretty "one-off" which means they're useless if you just need a trunk for regular stuff. I've been looking for a while for "regular" suitcases that are long enough to hold a battery (just under 15 inches in our case) but are mostly useful for day trips. These are just tickets. They easily accommodate a battery and leave room for a light jacket, gloves and/or a spare water bottle. I like the insulation, but it's a feature that can ultimately reduce the bag's lifespan. But for less than $20, really "why bother"?
