One zip broke about a month after receipt but I think I just use another zip to close it differently. After a few months of minimal use of this bag, the second zipper broke. Come on! How about a very strong zipper, because that's the only way the bag can be opened and closed. I would NOT recommend this bag until it has the best zipper. I gave it 1 star because it keeps drinks cold after a long drive.

This bag has everything I hoped for! It is well insulated and will keep drinks very cold for hours with an ice pack. I rode my bike for 5 hours yesterday and my last can of soda was just as cold as it was this morning when I pulled it out of the fridge! The bag can be easily attached to my bike rack with two Velcro fasteners. Crossed elastic straps at the top of the bag allow you to securely carry additional items. Side pocket is useful for multiple tools in case of breakage. Well done!

I sent one of them back for exchange and they both have the same problem. Although it looks like a two-way zipper, you can only open and close the zipper from one side. The other side will split when you use it. This applied to both the returned item and the second replacement bag. I kept a spare as there are very few thermal bike bags to choose from. We've had e-bikes for over 2 years and love them. We have included a spare battery with every bike and made spare parts cases. They're expensive and pretty "one-off" which means they're useless if you just need a trunk for regular stuff. I like the simple design of the box. The foil-like lining is pretty silly, as the very thin foam "insulation" layer sandwiched between the outer fabric and the inner lining is extremely thin - not even enough to keep the sides of the bag upright, and you can expect that something is fragile will hit the cross.
