If you have access to a sewer line no longer than 75 feet, this machine is for you. My sewer line is 110 feet long. Sweep outlets are located at the base of the house and 40 feet from the house, leaving 70 feet to the city's main sewer. Of course, the blockage had to be 65 feet from the clearing point, and a normal 50-foot sanitary line wouldn't reach it, so I bought and tried a 100-foot line, which would clear the blockage, but only temporarily. This machine reaches about 75 feet which allowed me to reach, cut and remove the blockage. The pickups and twisting cable easily got to the blockage, cutting and removing the roots that were the "root" of the problem. :) The machine should pay for itself with further use. The only problem with the machine (and it's not really a problem) is that it has a slight vibration that gets worse the closer the cord gets to the end. It's not bad at all, but it's enough to wiggle the two rubber bumpers at the base of the frame. A little glue or silicone sealant will keep this from happening again. Very happy with everything about this car. Worth the investment.
