The air conditioning in my office broke and it was stuffy. Management called the AC repairman but due to COVID-19 they couldn't come out for a while. I broke down and bought this as a temporary solution. It cooled the office by about 10 degrees which helped. The noise was high, but after a while it faded into the background and turned into white noise. Two weeks after use, a clicking sound started without any problems. The clicks got louder and louder. Regardless of the setting, the click persisted. In the end I gave up and decided to return. I don't know if the clicking noise is a common problem that can be fixed quickly, but it was unbearable. It was so loud that the guy in the office next door asked me to turn off the fan. Pretty embarrassing!
