I've been taking this product for almost 5 years now and I have to say this tea is one of my greatest finds! As a Muslim who has memorized the Quran, I spend hours every day leading a Quran recitation meeting every year during the month of Ramadan. After just a week, my throat started giving me big problems. As mentioned in other reviews, this tea does not cure a sore throat or similar issues but is best for any vocal activity as it masks the pain by wrapping around the neck. Therefore, this tea is very effective for singers or reciters before going on stage. Here's how I use it. I take a large cup mixed with lots of honey before and during the recitation of the Qur'an in the congregation. Even if my throat hurts, I can easily endure an hour and a half of recitation every day for a month. It definitely works wonders!
