The shampoo is good but the conditioner is not so good.
I like the shampoo very much. My scalp is very sensitive and didn't irritate it. However, I didn't even use the whole conditioner. It was like putting glue on my hair or something. Didn't help my constipation at all. This may work better for others, but it didn't work for me. I bought the shampoo two or three times but now I use a different shampoo and conditioner.
