I bought this to remove both fuel sending units from a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. Hyundai gives you easy access once you remove the rear seats, but the lock rings are really on there. Would have been difficult if not impossible to use the "chisel" method to spin the lock rings off due to the fact that they are slightly recessed below the floor of the vehicle. This sucker locks in nice and tight. I had a 2.5 foot 1/2 drive ratchet on it and it popped the lock ring with ease. It puts them back on just as easily. Would highly recommend this for that specific type of lock ring.
