We installed one of these in an uncomfortable, poorly lit hallway that has our large but (formerly) dark storage room on one side and an empty wall on the other. Other. This light is the perfect solution as we now have two lights illuminating our pantry and the other illuminating the artwork on the opposite wall. It's a nice, bright place now. Since the inside of the shades is gold, I opted for LED bulbs with 806 lumens - nice and bright - and 4000K, which is a bit colder than usual. It was a good choice; the bill is cozy and warm, but not too yellow. I also like the detail of the reinforcement springs on the cables on the back of the light. Really amazing light.
