Horrible Garbage Nightmare
I'm a furniture maker so I'm obviously good with tools. I aligned the frame perfectly, then hung up the TV, it was off. So I aligned the extension and then hung the TV back up, punching a different hole in the wall each time. Guess what's completely wrong. Then I just figured out how crooked it was and made guesses. it took me 2 times to get it right. It took several hours for a simple installation. The arms were too narrow so it felt like you had to break the TV to push or pull it into place. If you then solve them, the TV level turns into a total garbage product. A complete waste of time. The only reason I'm spending my time reviewing is so others don't have to bother
