Before and after photos are included.We wanted to upgrade our 2-bowl drop-in sink for a stainless steel single-bowl farmhouse style for some time now. The Lordear came in at the right price point with the features we wanted. Shipping was fast, and the sink was well packaged. Please note the sink is very heavy and definitely a 2-person lift. Even with a larger 1hp garbage disposal, it does not vibrate and the sound deadening panels help keep it very quiet.Installation requires either a professional plumber or very strong do-it-yourself skills and patience. The countertop needs to be cut and shaped, perhaps replaced entirely depending on what you are taking out and how it is situated in the counter. We had to cut new butcher block but had some left from the original remodel.
