A good EMR with room for improvement

I like the layout of the software. I dislike that I cannot print patient records and cannot view the images in different ways, such as on my mobile device. I can only view the images in the same way, on my computer. It would be nice if I could view them on my mobile device.

I would like to be able to customize the layout of the software. I would like to be able to customize the layout of the software to be more user friendly. I would like to be able to send a patient record to a patient via email or text message.

The ease with which it prints.
Easy access when using desktop computers
Ease at moving through pages; easy for me find what i need quickly without having too much difficulty navigating around within each page/screen,
Very simple use compared other similar dental programs
