Review on Ivory Software by Tommy Russo

I like most how easy it was to set up, with little training we were able to get our system live within hours (we had some minor issues but they sorted them out quickly).The back end reporting could be improved by having more options available when you are creating reports from data that has been imported into your platform via CSV files or an API call etc - not many companies offer this functionality! We have now moved away using ivory because their support team aren't very good at getting things fixed after problems arise-they tend just keep pushing us towards another product rather than fixing what's gone wrong which causes even further delays down line.We needed something simple & quick to implement without needing loads of staff dedicated solely to managing IT so ivy fit perfectly.
