Good for strength building!

These are great for strengthening the grip and also for forearm strength, especially when you contract and expand slowly. Ancient Chinese secret. Haha. Seriously it is, though. The material is obviously durable. I recommend purchasing them. I use them several days a week, gripping them while at work without anyone saying I cannot do so. Management may think I use them for stress so they don't say I cannot use them. They are good, therefore, for people with a busy schedule. Use them on breaks if nothing else.
