Definitely not as big as picture leads to believe

Definitely not as big as picture leads to believe. I'm average sized adult female and the entire grip fits completely in my palm. Outside diameter is 2.5 in. Also I am average strength and only the 50lb is suitable. Suggest buying bigger and higher weight rating.

Pros
  • good deal, the rings seems like they will hold up well. the light one (green) is pretty light though.
Cons
  • The rings are half the size as shown. I can barely use 3 fingers with it. And not worth returning!

Like the feel for my opinion

It helps with grip strength and that is what we were looking for. Also can travel in carry on with no issues at security. That's my review.

Pros
  • Bought to loosen my fingers in the morning and strengthen them during the day.
Cons
  • If you have larger hands these are really small. Good quality just too small for me to use comfortably.

Ulnar nerve damage on my review.

I damaged my ulnar nerve a couple of years ago, and have been wearing compression braces since. About a month ago I took the braces off and started using these. As long as I use them regularly and continue my stretches my pain and the frequency my nerve pops has diminished. Please talk to a professional before using, these were at my physical therapists office.

Pros
  • Excellent quality, easy to use
Cons
  • Can become slippery with sweaty hands, potentially leading to injuries

Too small. best in my review

I've used forearm rings for years and these are way too small.you just get no range of motion. Plus two of the three and way too hard and the other is too soft.Buy the Black Diamond blue forearm trainer ring.its 100x better.

Pros
  • Bought these for my dad and he loves them better than the therapy putty or the therapy balls
Cons
  • Way too small. Impossible for them to be effective. Don’t buy.

physical therapy best in my review

I bought these after my physical therapist recommended. I have issues with carpal tunnel as well as tennis/golfer's elbow. I can do several different hand exercises. And what's even better is that I can do while sitting at my desk at work or at home watching TV.

Pros
  • Product matches the photo.
Cons
  • Can be difficult to track progress with multiple resistance levels

Good for strength building!

These are great for strengthening the grip and also for forearm strength, especially when you contract and expand slowly. Ancient Chinese secret. Haha. Seriously it is, though. The material is obviously durable. I recommend purchasing them. I use them several days a week, gripping them while at work without anyone saying I cannot do so. Management may think I use them for stress so they don't say I cannot use them. They are good, therefore, for people with a busy schedule. Use them on breaks if

Pros
  • This item is so easy to use to build up hand and forearm strength. Love the colors!
Cons
  • May not be effective for individuals looking to specifically target fingers or thumbs

Great strength training for any age or level.

They varying resistance of the bands means everyone can use them and you can switch it up. The rubber makes them easy to grip onto.

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • Can be expensive compared to other grip training tools

Bumpy shape is very painful

The grey ones with the "ergonomic” bumps are almost unusable. They dig into your palm in a way that is too painful to use them properly. Maybe my hands will get used to it. i like the color and they seem durable.

Pros
  • ✔ Perfect for rehabilitation therapy, fitness and relaxation, more forearm Muscularity. Hand grippers can also help with pain or prevent arthritis relieve symptoms of tendonitis and rheumatoid arthritis and aid recovery from a fracture of the hand.
Cons
  • Some users may find the rings uncomfortable to grip

No way these are 30 lb

We bought these to replace worn strength rings, but there are no way these are 30 or even close to 50 lb. We will be returning and wanted to warn others who are looking for quality.

Pros
  • Works great
Cons
  • Silicone may not provide the same level of resistance as other grip training materials

Finger bumps good for me

The bumps meant to help you hold it don’t work and just hurt your pal good quality I would just go for the smooth ones next time

Pros
  • ‎0.14 Kilograms
Cons
  • Must be used consistently over time to see results

Great for strength PT

Very helpful in getting my strength back in an injured 2 fingers that seem to affect my strength, easy to tackle with you anywhere,.,,around town & traveling.

Pros
  • ‎AIKESIWAY
Cons
  • Can be difficult to use for individuals with arthritis or other joint problems

Helped reduce wrist pain

I bought these because I've had recurring wrist pain from an injury 20+ years ago that has recently prevented me from doing pushups in any position without severe pain. Not only did they help my discomfort, but they help with grip strength. They fit into my hands comfortably so I can sit and squeeze them as I read or watch TV. I imagine they can be used while exercising, too, because of their relatively small size and portability. The three sizes are helpful depending on how much you want to…

Pros
  • ✔ The hand exercise rings are made from premium silicone, suitable for squeeze, stretch and pull with no odor, no stains, no edges, no noise. The nonslip rings are also tear and crack resistant for long-term use.
Cons
  • Some users may find the rings too bulky to pack for traveling

Nice little hand workout tool

I wear a men's large glove and these fit nicely into my hand with no noticeable seams that might end up pinching when wear starts to show. The difference of the resistance is noticable from one to the next and since they are soft plastic rings you don't get the clanky noise that comes with the traditional hand exerciser that I've owned previously.

Pros
  • A good grip workout without the sounds from metal springs.
Cons
  • May not offer enough challenge for advanced athletes or weightlifters

Good to have around

These are good to have around. I don't have gorilla strength hands so the resistance of the orange and blue ring are good for me. I just leave them around at my work desk and near my TV watching chair. That way I can grab it and squeeze out some reps while I'm just sitting around reading or watching Netflix. If I had orangutan strength hands I'd use some classic grips but this are good for me for now.

Pros
  • I have a special needs child , this is great to help her with her left hand deficiency
Cons
  • I am returning this as I only received the orange and blue ones and not the green one.

Effective for grip strengthening

I use these to strengthen my grip for therapy after a broken wrist. I carry one in my purse or computer bag. I also keep one on my desk at home and one in my car so I can use them while waiting or on conference calls.

Pros
  • ‎Grip Strength Trainer
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with limited hand mobility or dexterity

Sized for a child good for me

These are way too small for a grown man. Don't waste your money. You can't work on your grip if only 2 1/2 fingers fit on the ring. Picture in the product description is very deceiving.

Pros
  • ‎7.4 x 6.4 x 0.7 inches
Cons
  • Difficult to use for individuals with small hands or fingers
