I've used forearm rings for years and these are way too small.you just get no range of motion. Plus two of the three and way too hard and the other is too soft.Buy the Black Diamond blue forearm trainer ring.its 100x better.
- Bought these for my dad and he loves them better than the therapy putty or the therapy balls
