I bought these because I've had recurring wrist pain from an injury 20+ years ago that has recently prevented me from doing pushups in any position without severe pain. Not only did they help my discomfort, but they help with grip strength. They fit into my hands comfortably so I can sit and squeeze them as I read or watch TV. I imagine they can be used while exercising, too, because of their relatively small size and portability. The three sizes are helpful depending on how much you want to exert yourself at any given time. I definitely recommend these.
