Review on 🔧 Powerbuilt Automotive Car Repair Kit: A/C Clutch Removal and Installation Tool - 648747 by James Fisher

wasted days of my time waiting for it and then hours trying to use it. There are parts for several different AC clutch blocks but not 2000-2004 Subaru or 2005-2009 Legacy or Outback (I have 2004 and 2009). The three bolts used to remove the clutch are non-metric. My Subaru requires M5 in 0.8 increments. I ended up buying M5 bolts to remove and an M6 bolt (1.0 pitch) to reinstall the clutch. The only part I was able to use from this whole kit were three washers. I'm glad I borrowed it from my local auto parts store. Details appear to be of good quality; The included instructions are very sparse, bordering on not very helpful. The description "Works with both domestic and imported air conditioners" borders on deception. Or at least laziness. This company should work harder to clarify its boundaries instead of pretending to be "universal".
