This tool did not work at all. It was a total waste of money. The one good thing is that it was easy to use, but unfortunately it did not do what it was supposed to do. It was unable to remove or install a single conditioning unit. I would not recommend this product to anyone in the automotive industry.

Good set at a reasonable price. However, when I first used it on a Zexel compressor, the cheap die-cast aluminum round plate (below left) broke. So I turned one out of steel as it should have been done from the start. Also, the kit did not include the 5x40mm Zexel clutch removal bolts, so I had to purchase them separately. The rest of the kit appears to be of good quality.

There are parts for several different AC clutch blocks but not 2000-2004 Subaru or 2005-2009 Legacy or Outback (I have 2004 and 2009). The three bolts used to remove the clutch are non-metric. My Subaru requires M5 in 0.8 increments. I ended up buying M5 bolts to remove and an M6 bolt (1.0 pitch) to reinstall the clutch.
