Everything so far looks and feels great except for this jacked-up canopy . It has a strange twist to it. Hard to explain just look at the photos. Perhaps this is just a defect because if it was normal I think I would have read about this prior to purchasing it.I'm going to try to have the manufacturer send me a replacement visor since it is easily detachable.******** UPDATE *******I contacted Baby Trend and they are sending me a replacement canopy. I changed my 4 star to a 5 star because of one reason. They asked not only proof of purchase, model number and serial number but also the LOT number! Since the LOT number is a quality control tracking number, this shows me that Baby Trend has an interest in the quality of their products. Many companies just send you what you need without fact finding so the problem continues for other customers. Nice!
