Great product! Easy interface with Google calendar/Gmail account as well is very intuitive once it's been set up properly (it will ask some questions about how you run things). I wish there were better notification tools when we get messages from customers or vendors - could be improved by being able to have them pop-up in our email inbox instead of having to check via website every so often just to see if anything was new. We use this system exclusively now because everything has always worked flawlessly since installation at work years ago (and that includes during my brief tenure here before moving away!). This program does all kinds of tasks like tracking service calls; dispatching technicians to jobs using GIS mapping data; scheduling repairs etc.
