This unit has improved the usability of the propane torch - instead of the awkward handling of the cylinder, the extended hose looks like a large torch system. The three types of torches are handy too, and I was happy that they come with a soldering tip attached so that the torch effectively heats the soldering iron. The brass fittings are a high quality material and the fittings and hose are solid construction. I haven't used the Flare tips yet, but they will come in handy when I need a wide flame, for example to heat tile removal and other similar jobs.
