Review on 🚪 Ives by Schlage 42B15: The Ultimate Pocket Sliding Door Bolt Solution by Justin Early

I've been looking for a way to lock my double doors to my TV room for YEARS. The cats pawed at the bottom of the doors and opened them. This is the room I try to keep cats out of due to allergies and little bugs keep coming in! The original pocket doorknobs required a cut out in the solid wood doors, leaving me with few replacement options that would snap together in the middle. Instead, I installed two of these locks, one per door, high up on the outside. Due to my wide pocket/gap in the wall (the clearance to the door is about 1/2" on each side of the door) I had to angle the stops so the corner was sticking out into the latch space. It worked great here ! Since they are mounted above eye level, you don't notice them. Pretty cheaply made, but looks good and works great. It's all I can ask for and love that I finally got my problem solved.
