I always wear capes, shawls, shawls etc and in the winter I put them on when I'm interfering with walking the dog. As much as I love them, they become a problem when the wind blows. I didn't want to use needles, and then it dawned on me: magnets! They work great, easily holding two layers of my thickest acrylic cape and holding two (=4 layers) of my thinner acrylic capes. The size and the silver color look good. Specifically, there are four of them: you need two cloths on each shoulder. They will break if dropped but I believe that is the nature of magnets so be careful. One of mine broke when I dropped it on the street, but I can still use it. Very happy with these magnets. If they connect, don't try to separate them, pull them apart.
