These pads came with our Juiced ODK U500 bikes. We've ridden them 500 miles (1,000 miles between two bikes) under heavy use — from hauling our five-year-old over groceries for a week to flying down hills at 30 mph — and retained their original stopping power until they needed replacing. Of course, this has a lot to do with the brakes themselves. As long as you keep your brakes and pads in tip-top shape, there's no reason they shouldn't last 500 miles.
