Review on 2 Pack LED Garage Lights E26/E27 - Ceiling Shop Light for Garage, 150W Deformable Garage Lighting Bulbs - LED Lights for Garage Organization, Basement by William Pacino

I know it sounds crazy but this light was too bright I bought this for my basement workshop with 12ft ceilings to replace the standard base screw in a lightbulb, to work through a wall switch instead of using them in motion detection mode. This light is advertised for use on any occasion. It was so bright, despite the panels being set in different configurations, that just turning it on smudged my eyes, even when trying not to look at it directly. Just turning the corner was dazzling, and at 12ft ceilings! The danger is that it gives off heat. After only enabling it for a few minutes, I decided to uninstall it. It was so hot I had to wait over 5 minutes before I could touch it, it's clearly a fire hazard! A 100W incandescent bulb never gets hot. LEDs should not generate heat. The LED panels got hot, not the base. Don't buy if you don't want to burn down your house. I bought 2 pieces and both were the same. The two supplied sockets for the new installation were made of thin plastic, and 220V was written on the back. Bad picture, needs to be enlarged, sorry. Fire hazard!
