My Garmin watch has not been working properly since the day I received it. I was unable to pair the watch and spent several hours working with Garmin Support via email and phone to manually add the watch to the Garmin Connect app. I was finally able to see the info from the watch in the app on my phone for fitness tracking analysis etc, but couldn't get notifications from my phone on the watch - the watch was only paired with the app, never mine Phone. The watch didn't even have the correct menu items showing up in Garmin's help materials on paired devices. When I finally lost patience to get my new watch repaired it was too late to send it back via Revain. FINALLY Garmin offered to replace my watch with a new one instead of making me repeat the same steps over and over after pointing out how awful the experience was and that I wanted to quit the device; It was a waste of $350. I sent my watch back to them as soon as I received a return label. I'm still waiting for a replacement and when I called today to check the status I was told I could have it mid to late September. I placed my first order in the first week of July.
