The description does not match 100%. This will never be acceptable for a 3/16 fuel line.

The description is misleading. Supposed to fit 3/16 tubing, but doesn't. Nipples are 5/16 and I don't care how crappy your 3/16 line is, you're not going to put them on a hose. Build quality seems a little below average, but not the worst I've seen.
