upset. would go the other way.

SUMMARY: I was going to replace all 3 of these hoses but basically bought this bypass hose which has a special fit so I decided to kill 3 birds with one stone. If I could go back I would buy the original bypass hose and find a standard 90 degree elbow and better quality fitting coupler. Overall the hoses fit and work properly, but for the price it seems I can get better quality from generic/OEM sources. Also, it sucks to spend another $5-$10 on inferior clamps after purchasing high-quality clamps with this bundle. CLAMPS: The smallest bypass hose clamps will NOT fit AT ALL. It's amazing how Mishimoto was able to sell him with these clips. When the clamp is fully open, the hose must be deformed appropriately. I have a Mishimoto intake hose (I recommend their intake hose) that attaches and attaches the hose to the connector, there was no way I could get clamps on it. other clamps fit their hoses, but they're awfully wide for the places they need to fit (maybe all T-clamps are made that way). If you put both T-clamps on the coupling from the IC to the throttle body, they would cover the entire hose and render the hose almost useless. if it's better for air pressure, but I can't imagine it helping airflow. My last elbow was wide open, also much thicker than this elbow. I really hope the 350 Fahrenheit hose is strong enough to get that close to a turbo. The elbow had to be trimmed which I think is a good thing as too long is better than too short. Small complaint about the coupler too, too short/precise, no wobble if your IC doesn't fit perfectly. Better too long than too short.

Pros
  • Hoses
Cons
  • Good but not great
